Last updated: November 2, 2026These terms explain how you can use TinyTaleBook to create personalised illustrated story books. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Who can use TinyTaleBook
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photo or details you add, or have their permission.
Creating a book
You answer a few questions and upload a photo. We use these to write an original story and illustrate your child as the hero. The cover preview is free; the full book is created after payment.
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and details you provide. You give us a limited licence to use them only to create, deliver and print your book.
Our content
Stories, illustrations and the design of TinyTaleBook are created for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print and share your book with family and friends, but not resell it.
Payments
Prices are shown before you pay and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Monthly plans renew automatically until you cancel in My Stories.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos of children you are not responsible for, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes someone else's rights.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email before they take effect.
